Organizer Notes for Classroom Volunteers

 

The art will arrive at the school December 7th. That evening I will organize the art by classroom and student. If anyone would like to help with this part, I would love the help!

 

Once the art is divided by classrooms, the parent volunteers for that classroom can pass them out to the correct children. The fundraising company recommends that tiles, cutting boards, artist’s plates and ceramic mugs be picked up by parents because of their fragility.

 

We can send a note home to the parents mentioning that they should pick up the items personally and these items can be put into a safe location for parents to pickup. I am hoping this will happen the week of Dec 11th.
