PARENT INFORMATION

- What is the holiday bazaar?

This is an annual event held at Lewis Elementary the first Saturday of December. Local artisans come to sell their products. There is no fee to come to the bazaar. Come and enjoy a day of shopping, live music, lunch, and crafts with the kids.

- When is the holiday bazaar?

Saturday, December 1st, 2018

- How is the money raised?

Local artisan vendors pay a “booth fee” to sell their wares. We also raise money through Christmas tree sales, swag (wreath) sales, raffles, and a bake sale.

- What does that money go to?

Everything the PTA does for Lewis. For more information, click here. Also, PTA meetings are open to the public, the second Tuesday of every month. We'd love to see you there!

- How can I volunteer for the bazaar?

This is the school’s largest fundraiser of the year, so it requires a LOT of volunteers. From contributing quality store-bought baked goods, to making swag (wreaths), to set up, clean up, and everything in between. You can volunteer a little or a lot!  Please see our Volunteer page for more.

- How can I or my child apply to have a vendor booth at the bazaar?

You can apply online by clicking here.  Be sure to click “parent booth” or “student booth” under the booth fees
